Supply Chain Specialist

Position objective Take a lead role in Supply Chain team to monitor workload and assist Supply Chain Specialist as needed in daily tasks Participate in projects as identified by management Responsible for coordinating all the different aspect in the supply chain to drive customer satisfaction and actively contribute to sustainable profitable growth in the organization. Work in line and in cooperation with customers, and other CC functions, Distribution Center and Product Companies to achieve common local and global targets, processes and concepts to secure a global world class supply chain in Epiroc. Be a member of the team achieving goals and taking an ownership approach to customer problems and issues empowering them to complete successful resolutions. Specific Tasks and Responsibilties Participate in training the team on systems used for order processing and shipping Work with Supply Chain Manager to evaluate and report on KPIs and help ensure that supply chain strategy and operational targets are met Evaluate and report on Supply Chain KPIs Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the department. Assist the Supply Chain Manager to coach and support team members’ development and performance. Act as the subject matter expert by developing and sharing supply chain knowledge. Coordinate with the sales, planner and warehouse functions to ensure accurate and on time delivery of customer order material, backordered items, parts pricing and product identification. Evaluate customer requirement and create, provide price and lead time quotations on Customer request using price files, price point & ACIGN; Place Customer orders for spare parts into the Epiroc ERP system; Receive / accept the firm purchase orders from customers; Create purchase order to DCs; Stay in touch with Distribution Center regarding orders on hands , make sure orders are allocated /picked/packed and shipped in a timely manner; Keep track of Customer orders. Be able to back up all other functions within the Department. Check and book receiving goods Allocate and pick against existing internal and external orders; Make necessary delivery documents as per individual customer’s requirement; Issue Performa, sales invoices and /or credit notes to customers; Verify and prepare price list for the spare parts on the base of DCs information; Make delivery arrangements, advising delivery status and shipping details; Check credit limits & receivables before delivery and placing orders; Review order backlogs, expedite shortages, and communicate order status information. Place orders of spare parts for stock of Epiroc Mongolia after stock request approval. Ensure that Customer invoices will be issued in time and paid in time; Keep contact with customers and DCs in case of issues related to parts sales; Review the stock level for MR spare part on monthly basis and to prepare list of parts for stock returns, redistribution and scrapping/impairment as required in cooperation with Epiroc Global Inventory Department; handle return or impair/scrap process according to company policy. Make all necessary report as required by Epiroc Mongolia management; Liaison with multiple departments to ensure customer satisfaction through proper coordination of on-time order throughput. HR Business Partner /Maternity Cover/

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end HR processes (hire-to-retire) across the OTUG project and relevant teams. Maintain accurate employment records and ensure proper document archiving. Support workforce planning and labor relations in coordination with managers. Provide timely updates to Payroll on compensation changes. Collaborate on non-technical training and support talent development efforts. Identify training needs, develop materials, and deliver sessions as scheduled. Conduct exit interviews, analyze turnover trends, and suggest improvements. Lead or participate in HR projects as assigned. Address employee relations matters and conduct issue investigations when needed. Oversee leave administration and ensure policy compliance. Maintain up-to-date job descriptions aligned with business needs. Travel to customer sites and Epiroc facilities (2–3 days/month). Organize internal events and represent the company at job fairs. Handle employee queries promptly and professionally. Perform other HR-related tasks as required.
