Main Responsibility: The primary purpose of this position is to support the management team in the sales and leasing operations of Peak Vue Residences at Shangri-La Centre. The role focuses on promoting and securing high occupancy rates for the high-end apartments by showcasing their superior amenities and first-class service. Key Responsibilities: To sell and lease apartments and services to prospective tenants and buyers. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential residents, international and local organizations, individual clients, and internal team members. Ensure all communications are conducted in a courteous and professional manner. Negotiate residential sales and leasing contracts, maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, and compile data for weekly and monthly financial reports. Manage contractual arrangements, including amendments, extensions, and terminations. Proactively submit proposals and report urgent matters to the Director in a timely fashion. Conduct research and market assessments to support the development of strategic plans. Maintain an in-depth understanding of the local real estate market and trends. Support the creation and execution of new marketing initiatives aimed at boosting residential sales and leasing performance and achieving set occupancy and revenue targets. Collaborate with the Director to implement effective marketing strategies to drive demand and optimize property performance. Fulfill all duties and responsibilities as outlined in the company’s policies and procedures
