Greet and assist customers both in person and over the phone Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service Accurately record customer registration information using internal software Prepare and organize tender materials as needed Provide detailed information about products and services, supporting customers throughout the purchasing process Collaborate effectively with the sales team to ensure smooth operations  

Main Responsibilities Process and manage orders from client organizations Onboard and open accounts for new customers Work with industrial and mining spare parts such as bearings, filters, transmission components, and conveyor belts
