Service Leader - Leasing/Analyst/

Purpose of the position:
- The Service Leader-Leasing will be responsible for overseeing and executing leasing activities while also supporting business performance through analytical work. The role is split equally between leasing duties (50%) and data-driven analysis and reporting (50%) to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Leasing Operations (50%)
- Manage the leasing process, including identifying prospective tenants, conducting negotiations, and executing lease agreements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, customers, and external partners.
- Prepare and present leasing proposals and ensure timely documentation and follow-up.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of lease transactions.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams, tenants, and service providers to support leasing goals.
- Provide prospective tenants with accurate and relevant information about leasing terms and property features.
Business Analysis & Reporting (50%)
- Analyze mall tenant sales data and identify trends to support leasing and marketing strategies.
- Conduct revenue and return on investment (ROI) analysis for new and existing projects.
- Compile and deliver monthly business performance reports (e.g., ACG reports).
- Support business development initiatives through financial modeling and scenario analysis.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail leasing, preferably within a shopping mall or commercial real estate environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau are a plus).
- Solid understanding of retail market trends and leasing practices.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
