- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with client requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.

- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Proven experience in telecom or OSP (Outside Plant) engineering management.
- Extensive experience in design management, with a track record of successful project execution.
- In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, tools, and methodologies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
