Administrative Officer
Job description
- Manage daily administrative operations.
- Organize tasks related to employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintain employee records, input data, and process information.
- Participate in project-related work associated with human resources.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Banking and Finance, Accounting, or other relevant fields.
- Strong personal organization skills, commitment to work, and a high desire to learn.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good communication skills in English & Mongolian languages (written & verbal)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain good personal organization.
- Proficient with MS Office, including MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
