1. The main objective of this role is to provide technical support to projects, including delivery of engineering artifacts and ensuring engineering processes and standards are followed, plus operation and maintenance of technologies and systems. Work closely with the customer technology team to achieve business objectives.
2. Specific tasks and responsibilities, but are not limited to:

• To manage proper handling of fleet management monitoring product commissioning and troubleshooting
• Lead teleremote and automation system deployment and support after commissioning.
• Lead Collision Avoidance System (CAS) installation and commissioning.
• Work with end customers' IT staff in identifying systems network requirements to support equipment and process automation.
• To liaise with the Technology product company to obtain information and provide feedback to enable product improvements.
• To liaise with the Customer to support OEM technology products.
• Ensure engineering change management processes and procedures are followed by projects and team members within the program, report program progress, and participate in solution architecture reviews.

• Technical University or Technical College degree
• Industrial or vendor certification in relevant technologies, products, or systems.
• Good knowledge of the English language – mandatory
• Medium IT knowledge
• Microsoft Office knowledge level 3
• Automation & fleet management products
• Practical experience in the service of mining or similar heavy industrial equipment is mandatory
• A valid driver license is mandatory
• Ability to provide quick and clear communication with different groups of people
• Ability to work on his own.
